Assistant Consultant
Role and Responsibility
- Gathering primary data on markets, competitors, and customers through database and Internet searches, market research and other commercial reports, internal client data, and telephone and in-person interviews;
- Developing rigorous strategic and financial analysis
- Collaborating with project team members to derive trends, conclusions, and recommendations based upon the analysis; and
- Coaching junior team members and transferring skills, offering constructive advice, and positively contributing to the workplace environment.
- visiting and working at client locations as and when requires for project-related work
- Managing all project work and maintaining a schedule
- Writing notes of meetings between senior/principal consultant and client
- Assisting seniors in other admin and operational work of consulting projects
Required Capabilities
- MBA or Master’s degree with Marketing specialization
- 0-3 years of work experience in strategic marketing, marketing research with any corporate, management consulting firm, market research agency, or marketing communication agency
- Must be aware of the management consulting profession
- Strong market research and analytical skills
- Good at developing marketing strategies and plan
- Quick learner, Innovative thinker with problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Admin Executive
Major Role Responsibilities
- Handle the Front Desk, directing all visitors including Vendors, clients, candidates, and customers appropriately
- Screen Incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages
- Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
- Managing and Scheduling meetings & appointments
- Managing mail/fax communications, Looking after daily couriers as and when required
- Order necessary office supplies
- Maintaining & Updating Office Assets List from time to time
- Handle Travel arrangements as & when required
- Assisting all the dept. with the work as & when required.

Major Role Responsibilities
- To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries

Major Role Responsibilities
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- In-depth knowledge of Indian securities laws, corporate governance practices, and IPO regulations.
- Experience in managing the IPO process, preferably in a company secretary or legal role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, compliance requirements, and listing regulations of stock exchanges in
