Major Role Responsibilities
- Handle the Front Desk, directing all visitors including Vendors, clients, candidates, and customers appropriately
- Screen Incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages
- Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
- Managing and Scheduling meetings & appointments
- Managing mail/fax communications, Looking after daily couriers as and when required
- Order necessary office supplies
- Maintaining & Updating Office Assets List from time to time
- Handle Travel arrangements as & when required
- Assisting all the dept. with the work as & when required.
